Services and Academy Access
LMS ACCESS
Users who purchase courses through our Academy receive automatic enrollment and immediate access to digital content.
CONSULTATIONS
All consultations are paid professional services. Booking a slot on our integrated calendar requires immediate payment via Stripe to confirm the appointment.
READING THERAPY
Access to specialized 1-on-1 therapy is by limited availability and requires a prior professional assessment.
Intellectual Property
OWNERSHIP
All content, including "Alphabet Lab" videos, "Reading Discoveries" modules, downloadable posters, and PDFs, is the property of Shonda Guthrie Consulting LLC.
LIMITED LICENSE
Users are granted a limited license to view and download materials for personal or classroom use only. Redistribution or resale of Academy content is strictly prohibited.
Payments and Refunds
SECURE PROCESSING
All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the immediate, digital nature of Academy courses, one-time lump sum payments for digital access are generally non-refundable.
CONSULTATION FEES
Consultation fees are required and collected at the time of booking.
User Conduct
ACCURATE INFORMATION
Users must provide accurate information when creating accounts for the LMS or booking consultations.
PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
Live webinars hosted on the platform are interactive; professional conduct is expected from all participants.
